- Morning & Evening Routine Help (Plan 01)
- Household & Meal Support (Plan 02)
- Personalized Full-Day Care (Plan 03)
Services are subject to availability. Stonewell reserves the right to decline or end a service engagement if it is not feasible to maintain appropriate care standards.
4. User Responsibilities
When engaging Stonewell's services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during the intake process
- Inform Stonewell of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or safety considerations affecting the senior's care
- Ensure the household environment is reasonably safe for the caregiver
- Treat Stonewell caregivers with respect at all times
- Notify Stonewell promptly of any changes in the senior's condition or care requirements
- Not to solicit or directly engage Stonewell caregivers for private arrangements outside of the Stonewell engagement
5. Payment Terms
Service fees are quoted in New Taiwan Dollar (NT$). Pricing is outlined in the care plan confirmation provided to each client. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement.
Stonewell accepts bank transfer and other agreed payment methods. Invoices are issued monthly or as otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.
Refund eligibility is assessed individually. Where services have not yet commenced, deposits may be returned in full. Once services have begun, fees are charged for the period of service delivered.
6. Service-Specific Terms
Scheduling and Cancellations:
Clients may request changes to scheduled visits with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a partial charge at Stonewell's discretion.
Caregiver Assignments:
While Stonewell makes every effort to maintain consistent caregiver assignments, we reserve the right to assign a substitute caregiver where necessary due to illness, leave, or other operational requirements.
Scope of Care:
Caregivers provide non-medical assistance only. They are not licensed medical professionals and will not administer injections, perform wound care, or provide services outside the agreed care plan scope.

10. Termination
Either party may end a care arrangement with 14 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the care plan agreement. Stonewell may terminate arrangements immediately where client conduct endangers the caregiver's safety or wellbeing.
Upon termination, outstanding fees for services delivered become immediately payable.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting Stonewell's coordination team directly. Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes will be referred to mediation before any formal proceedings.
