They receive hands-on orientation in senior care, personal hygiene assistance, and safety protocols. We also carefully consider personality fit when matching aides to families—because the relationship matters as much as the skill.

Absolutely. Many families begin with morning and evening visits, then transition to fuller support as needs change. We review care plans periodically and welcome adjustments at any time. You're not locked into any one arrangement.

This is one of the most common concerns families raise, and it's completely understandable. We take introductions slowly—often starting with a brief, low-key meeting before any care begins. Our aides are practiced in building trust quietly, without imposing. Many seniors who were initially reluctant come to genuinely appreciate the companionship.

We make every effort to maintain the same caregiver consistently. For our full-day plan in particular, consistent assignment is a core feature. In occasional circumstances—illness, leave—we provide a backup aide and introduce them in advance whenever possible.
